From the very beginning Treyone has specialised in the creation of made-to-measure kitchens, highly personalised to each customer. Today our wood-machinists, joiners, cabinetmakers and finishers still rely on traditional methods coupled to techniques we've developed over the last thirty years. In our East Cornwall workshops they fashion and shape Oak, Ash, Maple, Walnut, taking rough sawn planks and planing, moulding, jointing and sanding a range of components.

Once finished, the crafted pieces are carefully joined into doors, complex mouldings, cabinets and feature units such as plate racks and mantles. A skilled hand and experienced eye are essential to great cabinet making, but much of the basic work is carried out using high tech precision machinery to ensure our units perfectly match the designed space and fit together exactly as they should.

We are always very pleased to show potential customers around our workshop and welcome them to see their own kitchen in the various stages of making.

Our early kitchen making experience centred on natural wood finishes in homegrown, European and North American hardwoods but over the years we have mastered the use of many different materials and finishes. We can demonstrate equal abilities with a variety of painted finishes including a contemporary high-gloss look.

The complete range of timbers, styles and finishes we offer is an ideal repertory for creating visual and styling effects. We can provide a vast variety of cupboards, shelves, work surfaces, mouldings and other details. The same applies to fittings within cupboards, with drawers of many shapes and sizes to suit different purposes and a long list of practical or decorative storage accessories including waste bins, carousels, pull-out larders, whicker baskets and wine racks.
