OUR NEW MAN IN KINGSBRIDGE
Treyone is pleased to welcome Tony Mawdsley as the new design consultant to be based in our Kingsbridge showroom. Tony has worked in the kitchen industry for many years and was a showroom manager for a well-known German kitchen company. This not only gave him a wealth of design experience but also the chance to achieve a Customer Service Award. Establishing excellent relationships with customers is something we value very highly at Treyone.
Tony said, “Having met Robin and his team, it is nice to see a passionate group of people who take so much pride in everything they do. The focus on customer care is of great importance to them.
“As for the fantastic product range, there is nothing the German manufacturers can do that we can't. With virtually all doors and units made in-house the possibilities are endless and Treyone’s bespoke traditional wood kitchens are without comparison.”
Tony started his working life in electrical engineering and progressed to project management, including multi-million pound manufacturing projects around the world. Having decided to move back home, to his family roots in Devon, he changed career to the more creative and lifestyle based kitchen industry
"From day one,” he said, “I loved designing clients’ kitchens and was rewarded by their appreciation of my project management skills and my attention to detail. This is so important when they commission someone to deal with the most important room of the home."
In Tony's spare time, he gets the most he can out of being in Devon, living just a couple of minutes from Dartmoor and 20 minutes from the coast. He thinks it is a perfect place to live and bring up a family. The South Devon coast has a particular allure since he is a keen diver and likes nothing better than leaving work in Kingsbridge and heading for Hope Cove to take underwater pictures of the fantastic marine life.
