Our Team
Robin Doyle
Robin joined Treyone in 1980 after founder Mike Gething his brother-in-law convinced him to swap an IT career in Ireland for the good life in Cornwall. It proved to be a life-changing decision.
Together, Robin and Mike grew Treyone from a two-man operation in a farmhouse barn into the thriving, award-winning business it is today. As Managing Director, Robin remains actively involved in the day-to-day running of the company, bringing the experience, perspective, and standards that have defined Treyone for over four decades.
Zoe Gething
Zoe grew up surrounded by beautiful cabinetry and careful craftsmanship, the daughter of Treyone's founder, Mike Gething. She joined the company straight from school in 1994 and has never looked back.
Over the years, Zoe has developed an encyclopaedic knowledge of Treyone's products and an instinctive eye for what makes a kitchen truly work for the people who use it. Her warmth and honesty put clients at ease from the very first conversation, and her passion for cooking and entertaining means she brings real-world insight to every design. In everything she does, Zoe honours the legacy her father built, ensuring that every project reflects the quality and care Treyone has always stood for.
Stewart MacPherson
Stewart has been based at Treyone’s Kingsbridge showroom since he joined the company as a designer in 2012. His background includes project management for a major London bespoke kitchen chain and running his own kitchen and fine furnishing consultancy in the capital. He also has valuable specialist experience in granite and quartz products gained from his time managing one of the UK’s leading natural stone fabricators. Stewart is particularly pro-active in keeping Treyone at the forefront of the latest design trends and extending the product range we’re able to make available to our clients.
Lloyd Hatherley-Williams
Since joining Treyone in spring 2016, Lloyd has worked alongside fellow designer Stewart, at the Kingsbridge showroom. With close to 30 years’ experience in kitchen design, including a spell as an installer, Lloyd holds a Professional Interior Design Diploma and has had one of his designs featured in “25 Beautiful Homes” magazine.
Sarah Molloy
Based in the Truro showroom, Sarah’s adventurous spirit saw her join Treyone following a spell working in kitchen design and architectural CAD drawing on the Shetland Islands. Her career experience also includes a Senior Designer role with an award-winning, UK-wide interior design and architectural practice specialising in the hospitality and leisure industry. She has a first-class BA Hons degree in Interior Design and enjoys travel – a recent highlight being an inspirational round-the-world trip.
Amy Greef
Amy joined our design team in our New Barras Moor showroom in 2025. Amy brings an abundance of enthusiasm, style and energy to Treyone. She has more than 15 years of experience in the kitchen and interiors industry.
Josh Bartley
In 2011, Josh was an apprentice cabinet maker for Treyone, where he honed his craft for five years. He then worked for a specialist Acrylics company before joining Princess Yachts, where he tackled everything from teak flooring to cabinet making for cabins. Josh returned to Treyone in 2019 as a finisher but is now our Workshop Supervisor, ensuring projects run smoothly and on time. He’s naturally calm and level-headed, which suits this role when critical deadlines must be met.
Steve Evans
Steve came to Treyone in 2000 and trained as a spray painter. With a wealth of experience in all the technicalities of paint and clear lacquer finishes, he works with Joe Webb to prepare and finish our cabinets, doors, mouldings and shelving.
Richard Field
Richard makes up one of three father/son combos at Treyone. He came to the company in 2014 with practical and technical skills, quickly proving himself invaluable within the cabinet making team.
Simon ‘Spike’ Graves
Starting at Treyone in 2005, Simon joined us as a relatively inexperienced newcomer to the industry. Keen to learn the various trades, Simon is now a versatile all-rounder who, having worked for several years with sheet materials in our cabinet-making workshop, has now made his mark in timber machining and assembly.
Joe Webb
Joe’s first role was as a machinist working for the prestigious Hawker Joinery in Bath. After this, he ran a joinery business in Cornwall, producing everything from bespoke staircases to windows and doors. He joined the Treyone team in 2022 as a Sprayer. This role is all about creating beautiful finishes and attention to detail – something he is passionate about. When not working at Treyone, Joe loves learning and has just completed an Astronomy and Planetary Science degree and plans to do a Masters in Finance.
Aran Pridham
Originally from Reading, Aran moved to Cornwall with his family when he was 11. After completing his Level 3 Site Carpentry qualification at college, he joined Treyone in 2012 as an apprentice Machinist. He works on various aspects of a kitchen, creating items like drawer boxes, doors and cornices. In his spare time, he explores the Cornish off-road trails on his bicycle.
