Production Team
Robin Doyle
Robin joined Treyone in 1980 after founder Mike Gething his brother-in-law convinced him to swap an IT career in Ireland for the good life in Cornwall. It proved to be a life-changing decision.
Together, Robin and Mike grew Treyone from a two-man operation in a farmhouse barn into the thriving, award-winning business it is today. As Managing Director, Robin remains actively involved in the day-to-day running of the company, bringing the experience, perspective, and standards that have defined Treyone for over four decades.
Donna Bolton
Donna joined Treyone in 2017 as an AAT-qualified in-house accountant and quickly became an indispensable part of the team. Her highly organised, methodical approach, shaped by broad experience across manufacturing and other sectors has helped keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
In January 2025, in recognition of her contribution and continued professional growth, Donna was appointed Finance Director, the first non-family member ever to join the Treyone board. Her financial expertise and strategic thinking now play an increasingly important role in shaping the company's future direction.
Stuart Oxley
Stuart has had an extensive career. Originally trained as a wood machinist, he’s worked in Shop Fitting, kitchen design and installation – and ran his own business for many years. Stuart has been with Treyone since 2018 as our Production Manager, a role which makes the most of his previous experience. Stuart takes the plans from our designers and double-checks – to the finest detail – that everything will work and fit before creating a Workshop Order. He then keeps a close eye on the progress of each project, liaising with the designers, workshop team and installers. Married to Cat, Stuart has three children. He is in the middle of a significant house renovation and enjoys playing five-a-side football in his spare time.
Marc Doyle
Marc joined Treyone in 2004 after gaining experience in a large multinational, bringing with him a structured, process-driven approach that has been quietly transforming the business ever since.
As Operations Director, Marc oversees the workshop and coordinates clients, craftspeople, and specialists throughout every stage of a project, ensuring that what's promised in the showroom is delivered perfectly in the home. His calm, meticulous approach means nothing falls through the cracks, and his commitment to a seamless client experience has become one of the hallmarks of the Treyone service. With over 20 years at the company, Marc's operational expertise is central to maintaining the bespoke quality and personal attention that sets Treyone apart.
Erin Peel
Originally from Derbyshire, Erin’s journey southwest to Treyone has been via a degree in Web Design, admin/management with the Royal Mail and her own woodcraft business, Little Shed. Her role at Treyone, encompassing IT troubleshooting, purchasing, admin and production planning, allows her to fully use and develop her many skills and interests.
Sam Maloney-Barrett
Coming from a product design background, after several years in the yachting world, Sam joined the team in 2021. He brings a wealth of experience in detailing and refining designs for production, which he has applied to his role as a Product Developer. At Treyone, Sam is centred around implementing and managing a new Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) system developed to streamline the design and production process. The system contains a detailed library of possibilities, allowing the team to create new orders from scratch. This gives a detailed 3D representation of the finished order and the option to generate all necessary production information automatically.
